House Being Moved |

I am in the process of receiving a donated house that has to be moved. The stipulations are that the current owner wants to donate the house to a non-profit organization, then I will make a donation to the non-profit in order to obtain the house. I need to know if this is legal to do in South Carolina? |

What you've described doesn't sound illegal, but you'd better have your own lawyer look over all the documents before you sign them. |
