I was wondering if I could go purchase another home before I let my current home go into forclosure. Is it possible to do, will a place sell me a home if do that???

I'm sure anyone would sell you a house if you had all cash to pay for it. I suspect that isn't the case, though. If you're asking whether you could get a new mortgage to buy another house -- I don't think your credit record, right now, will let you borrow what you'd need. |
