  Want to help daughter get her first real estate.
Plan on giving 20K to help with down payment.
Does the loan company care where the money comes from. If so - how long should we wait after depositing into her savings.
 
  Deposit the money into your daughter's account as soon as possible.  That way it is less likely to raise the question of whether it may just be a loan.
