He Owns the House |

My wife and I are both on the loan for our home. However, she has quit claimed the property to me. Can I sell the the house without her consent and is she entitled to any of the proceeds from the sell of the house? In other words, if I sell the house and there are proceeds from the sale, will the final check be in both of our names, or my name only? |

If you are the only owner, you are entitled to the proceeds. I can't know if there was any other arrangement between the two of you that might change that. |
