my sister wants to sell her home. I have bad credit. Is there any way I can buy this home from her? |

The only way I can think of is if your sister is willing to finance your purchase, letting you pay for the place on a sort of installment plan. If you have bad credit, that would represent quite a risk for her.
I don't know how bad your credit is. Have you talked with a mortgage broker? Perhaps things aren't as bad as you think and there's some mortgage program you could qualify for. It doesn't hurt to find out. |
