Harassing Neighbors |
| |
 |
I am trying to sell a house that my family and I lived in for two years. We moved and bought a new house because the neighbors wouldn't stop harassing us, even after getting a civil judgment against them for stalking and harassing my family (including our two young children). My question is am I or is my real estate agent legally bound to disclose the problems with the neighbors to potential buyers? |

ASk your lawyer. I don't know your state laws on disclosure, but my guess is -- sorry to say this -- that whenever you ask about disclosure, the answer is almost always "yes you should." |
