I'm divorced with three kids because of the divorce our home went under foreclosure. Evidently it messed my credit. This was almost two years ago and now i want to get back on my feet. I would love to buy my first home, again!!. I dont know how to start and my main concern is my credit. I figured that i do need to save for a good down payment. My question is how do i start this process and how much should i save? |

Talk with a couple of mortgage brokers. Mortgage brokers are different from mortgage bankers. MOrtgage brokers bring lenders and borrowers together. It should cost you nothing upfront to discuss your sitaution and find out exactly where you stand. |
