I am a first time home buyer I found a house that was on a fsbo website that is also advertised on other real estate companys websites would I save money just trying to contact the seller or is it better to go through a company |

You have nothing to lose by contacting the seller directly, but I don't know enough about the seller's situation to say whether that would really avoid payment of a commission or not, and whether the seller would pass that saving on to you. As a first-time buyer, you probably could use some guidance from a real estate broker, though. |
