If I win a piece of vacant property in a divorce case that is free and clear of all leans and taxes, and my x husband gets a piece of property that has a delinquent tax suit filed against it, will I be able to sell my piece with out any problems? |

I don't think tax liens against one piece of property have any effect on another one. But I'm not a lawyer, and if you're getting a divorce you should certainly be getting your information from your own attorney. |
