For Sale by Owner
  We are selling our house FSBO. Are we responsible for paying realtor commissions for Realtors that are brought in by the buyer and are working solely for the buyer?
 
  You are responsible for commission payment only if you have signed an agreement to that effect.  Otherwise it's a matter between the buyer and the agent they've retained.
