Finding Out About a House

Can I found out if a house was sold or foreclosed in 1995. Is that public records? Thanks

Yes, the information you want is in your county's public records, and they're called "public" because any interested person can look them up.  Talk with your county clerk's office.  If they don't keep the records they can direct you to the right place.
