We are buying our first home and feel as if we need more information on how to track the interest rates that are being applied to the FHA loan. Two people have told us that we can't. Is there anyway to check the interest rate we are being quoted to see if it is fair? |

Many web sites will yield the information you're looking for. Start with www.bankrate.com. But remember those are just averaged. The rate you are offered may vary depending on your credit rating or the amount of your down payment. You may want to check with other local lenders before committing yourselves. |
