Excluding One Buyer

IF YOU ARE SELLING A PROPERTY AND YOU HAVE SOMEONE YOU HAVE TALKED TO AND SHOWED THE PROPERTY CAN THEY BE EXCLUDED WHEN YOU LIST IT WITH A REALTOR SO YOU YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY REALTOR FEES IF THEY BUY IT. IF YOU LIVE IN INDIANA AND THE PROPERTY IS IN OHIO AND YOU ARE TRYING TO SETTLE AN ESTATE WHAT DO YOU DO. NOBODY NAMED IN THE WILL LIVES IN OHIO.

You will want to list the property with an agent in Ohio, of course, and it should be possible to find one who will agree in writing that no commission would be due if the place were sold to Mr. X.  Or you might agree to pay a reduced commission if X actually ends up buying, because the agent could still be of help to you, particularly as you will be out of town.
