Eliminating the Wife

  I would like to elimate my wife's name on a condo deed--with her premissio. How do I go about it?
 
  The two of you sign a new deed naming you as the sole owner.  Deed is then entered in the public records.  That's all there is to it.  But if she's liable on your present mortgage, she would still be responsible, whether she remained an owner or not.
