Defective Furnace |

My question I have an FHA accepted offer on a HUD property and we had all inspections and appraisal done and found out the furnace doesn't work. I need the ask the seller or add it into the purchase agreement to escrow the amount of the furnace. I don't know how to word it with an addendum or add it to the purchase agreement. |

If there's no real estate broker involved, the FHA itself or else your own lawyer should give you the required wording. |
