  How do we find out when a contingent offer expires on a house we are interested in?
 
  I don't know that you can.  The seller of the property has a right to privacy, and the seller's agent has a duty of confidentiality.  If the seller doesn't want to disclose the terms of an existing contract, or another offer, he or she needn't do so.
