My parents have a timeshare in Florida they want to sell. How do we find a reputable realtor in Florida to sell it? |

Not every licensed broker is a Realtor, but in this case you would be well-advised to hold out for one who is. Don't give anyone an upfront fee to "advertise" the condo -- those are pretty much ripoffs and most of them aren't even licensed so they can't actually sell anyhow. Search the Internet for "Realtor, condo, nameoftown" and you should be able to judge by looking at the web sites. Some brokerages down there do specialize in condos.
