Co-own a Cabin.
  I co-own a cabin with a friend. I need to sell for personal reasons. they refuse. what are my rights?
 
  You have the right of partition -- to go to court and ask for a forced sale and division of the proceeds.  Unpleasant, incurs legal expense, public auction sale usually doesn't yield full value.  But perhaps a letter from your lawyer explaining all that is enough to do the trick.
