Co-borrower Objects

If a purchase & sales agreement has already been signed & the buyer decides not to buy for financial/personnel reasons (because the co-borrower does not like the property) can you back out on this agreement & if so is there anything bad that can happen. thank you for your help

There are plenty of bad things that can happen, and if you're thinking of breaking the contract you signed, you'd better consult a lawyer who specializes in real estate, promptly.
