I was in the process of buying a new home and was to close this friday. Loan went through everything going great. Until today when i was notified that the title won't clear and the seller doesn't want to do anything about it. What do I do now? Already transfer my job to the area, started college in the area. I have been driving an hour back and forth to work .This is why i was purchasing the home. What rights do I have if the seller won't get the title clear |

TAke all your documents to a lawyer who specializes in real estate. I don't know if you can force the seller to deliver clear title (which your sales contract probably requires) or whether you can claim any damages for the expenses you've had. Your attorney will know. |
