Changed His MInd |

I have pd. earnest money on a new duplex. I have
changed my mind about buying. Do I have to buy
this property? I don't care about getting the
earnest money back. I just don't want this house. |

You signed a legal promise to buy when you signed that contract, so they could probably hold you to it. But if you're willing to forfeit your deposit, and if it's a large enough one, many sellers would agree to cancel the contract. Some wouldn't. At any rate, take your contract to your own lawyer for advice before you do anything. |
