Cancelling the Contract |

My daughter has an exclusive right to sale contract with a real estate. She wants to cancel /withdrawn the contract. The contract will expire in 1-1/2 months. The real estate is telling her she can not cancel her contract due to the expenses incured for advertising. Is this correct? What if any would be the penality. Thank you. |

Your daughter has the right to withdraw the listing and cancel the agency she gave that office any time she wants. They have a right to ask for reimbursement of their out-of-pocket expenses, which would include advertising. |
