Cancelling a Contract

  * If a Broker has some "undisclosed" property in a county ... can he / she sell, will, or donate the property?

*if after offer & acceptant of a property and later a person is being transferred due to his/her job, can the buyer cancel the contract by getting a letter from his employer stating the he/she is being transferre? What are the options?

Sorry I don't know what's meant by an "undisclosed" property.  In general, an owner is always free to sell, devise or donate property.  Let me know just what the situation is -- I'm interested.

A job transfer is not a valid reason for voiding a purchase contract.  The buyer should consult a good real estate lawyer immediately, to see if any other reason for for cancelling can be found.  If not, the buyer may want to put the property back on the market immediately.  Or perhaps the seller will accept a token sum in return for agreeing to cancel.
