Buying with Contingency

  I have found a new house that I would like to purchase. I need to sell my existing house. Is it a good idea to use the same realtor that is selling the other house. I know that she is working to get the most value for the new house but if I purchase that house with contignecy that my house gets sold wouldn't she be more motivated to sell. Is there any other problems/concerns that I am unaware of?
 
 

I don't see any problem in listing your present house with the same agent you're using for your purchase, assuming it's someone you have confidence in.
