Buying with Bad Credit

Sure, you could buy a house if you paid all cash.  What you're really asking, I think, is whether you can qualify for a mortgage loan with bad credit.

And the answer is, just how bad IS your credit?  I'd suggest talking with a mortgage broker (someone who doesn't lend money, but who brings borrowers and lenders together.)  A quick financial analysis can tell you where you stand.  Lots of people buy whose credit standing isn't by any means perfect.
