For a venture like that, you need more expert guidance than I can give you. Find a real estate broker who is familiar with commercial property and who will work on your behalf. Line up your own real estate lawyer, who will certainly have some advice, about existing leases, for example. And perhaps above all, find a good Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who will know what questions should be asked, and who can help you analyze the financial records that should be provided. |
