Buying in March |

Hi
I live in Kissimmee Florida. I am buying a new home, but I live rented. my lease is for a year and I live there only four months. my lease do not say anything about early termination. What I can do to break the lease? The house are buying is a great deal and the house going to be done by march, and my lease is over in september. Please let me know what i can do.. Thanks for your help. |

You should talk with your landlord as soon as possible. You are legally responsible for the rent until September. If the landlord can find another tenant to move in when you leave, you won't have to pay the rent. |
