Edith: I am an Irish Citizen, and I would like to buy a home in Kenmare, Co Kerry. It is vacant and needs a lot of work. How would I find out how to

Tom, I don't want to recommend any broker I don't know, so I'd suggest that you search the Internet yourself for estate agents who are active in Kerry. You can email several explaining what you're looking for, and then hook up with the one who seems most interested in your project. You don't way whether the property you're thinking of is even on the market -- perhaps exploring that would be your agent's first job.
