Buying a Foreclosure

I've received many notes telling of the stress and frustration of waiting for responses when the property is involved in foreclosure proceedings.  I can't tell just where in the process you are, but you're probably dealing with more than one official, perhaps with a committee, perhaps with more than one, and all I can recommend is patience.
