We recently made an offer on a foreclosure,it has been 4 days and still no response! our realtor says it may take some time with foreclosures,and this particular company is out of state.Is there a limatation on how long they can take ? What can we do to hurry the process up?our realtor is working through another realtor which is contacting the foreclosure company |

I assume you mean you're offering on a house that has already gone through foreclosure and is owned by a lending institution. If that's the case, you're dealing with committees, who knows how often they meet? And your offer may be just sitting in someone's IN basket. Your broker is right. Buying this way takes a lot of patience. |
