I am trying to buy a home from the owner, but it is less than 30 days untill foreclosure and the bank wont return or answer any calls from the owners what can we do beside hire a lawyer? does the bank have to accept pay off ? |

A lawyer who specializes in real estate would be your best resource at this point. It can be difficult (as you've found out) to halt the foreclosure process once it's actually started. |
