Buyer Isn't Paying
  hi..i financed a home,and my buyer is not paying on time,what do i do to get my money,or my house back.. it appears the buyer has all the rights..do i have any rights at all...thanks.
 
 

I assume you took back a mortgage signed by the buyer.  Read it carefully.  I am pretty sure it gives you the right to foreclose on the loan, forcing a public auction sale.  Talk with a real estate lawyer about what to do next.
