The news suggests you should wait 6 more months that houses are going down even more.

Buy NOW or wait a few months??????
 
  That's about like asking me whether the stock you buy today will go up or down by next fall.  If I could predict the future, we'd both be rich. 
I'm afraid I'll have to pass on this one.
