Brother Passed Away |
| |
 |
My brother just past away 4 days ago and I found a will that leaves everyhting he has to my nephew. My brother had a piece of property in Prescott Arizona but Jason was not on the title or deed. How can he take title to the property as he is the only sole survivor. |

When someone dies, no matter how simple the estate, a lawyer should always be consulted to see if anything needs doing. You--or Jason--should retain an attorney in your brother's town, because that's where the will should be probated. |
