Broker Showed the Property

Our property was shown to a perspective buyer by the listing realtor. How long after the listing is run out are we obliged to that realtor if that we sell the property on our own?

The answer is, as so often "When in doubt, read the...contract."  Take a look at the listing contract you signed with that agent's company.  You should have received a copy.  It probably has something to say about the situation you're asking about--I assume you mean, if you sell to that particular buyer?  Most listings contain an agreement about how long after the listing expires you'd be liable for a commission if you sold to someone who first saw the property while it was listed.
