I just bought a house 2 months ago and I found that I really don't like the area or the neighbors. I got it with government assistance on the down pmt. We put a lot of work into it before moving in. Would it be smart of me to sell it? If not can I rent it and purchase another home? |

Sorry, but I don't know what kind of government asisstance you're talking about. As an owner you always have the right to sell or rent the place, but there may be something in the particular mortgage plan you mention that would involve paying back a subsidy or something of that sort when you sold. YOu'll have to read all the papers you were given, and if you can't understand them, take them to a lawyer for advice. |
