Bidding Situation
  I made an offer on a house for sale on a short sale.I am told there were 2 offers and I had the highest offer it is legal for the realtor to go to the other potential buyer and tell them we bid higher and ask for a higher bid?
 
  If the seller wants to reveal the amount of other bids, the agent can do it.  It's the agent's duty to try for the highest possible sale price.
