Hello, my questions refers to becoming a real estate agent. What is the next step after getting your lisence? Once you get your lisence what is the chance of being hired and what is the percent of people that become successful? I am seriously considering getting my lisence, but can not find a lot of information on the steps after lisencing. Thank you! |

After passing the pre-license course and the Wisconsin state exam, you can use your salesperson license only under the supervision of a licensed broker. You start more or less as a trainee apprentice. So the first step is to find a sponsoring broker. Interview with several companies in the areas of town that interest you, and you'll learn a lot about the training they offer and what you can expect if they take you on. |
