Bathroom Upgrades Affecting Resale Value
  Is there a difference in resale value between 1) removing old tile in tub area (or shower area) and replacing with new back board and tile, and 2) having the tub (or shower area) 're-surfaced' with a "re-bath' specialist?
 
  If you're thinking about selling soon, do whatever is cheapest.
