Bad Time to Sell?
	Dear Edith; Please send your opinion. We are seniors living in a two story in Pittsford ny. Because of health reasons we must sell because of the bedrooms & bath upstairs.1928 home has been paid for for many yrs.Will be selling under $150,000.00. Is this a bad time to try to sell in a few months. We are in a dilemma at this point. Sincerely, Julia

	Selling your home isn't like picking the best time to sell stock. Decisions about where to live should be made because of your personal needs. It sounds like you're ready to move, and if I were you I wouldn't worry about catching the best real estate market. For one thing, if you're going to buy another home (one-story) it doesn't matter what kind of a market it is -- what you lose on one end you'll make up on the other. And there's no way I can predict what next year's price levels will be. My advice is to just go ahead and do it.
