my mother in law husband has died and his children from a previous marriage is trying to take her home. their is some back taxes due on the property. If the taxes is paid by the children of the previous marriage can my mother in law lose her home? |

Your mother-in-law will have to work with her own lawyer to straighten things out. I don't think simply paying the back taxes will give anyone a claim on the property but there may be other factors involved. |
