Asking Negotiating Help |

A home was listed for $469,000, but I, the buyer, couldn't pay more than $430,000. My starting offer was $400,000, where they counter offered $459,000. Then I countered $415,000, and they countered for $452,900. What should I do next? How can i get the home in my target range? |

I can't do your negotiating for you, sorry. But if that's all you can qualify for, tell them so. Either they'll come down or you simply can't buy. I'd just let them know that. |
