Agent Has Ten Listings

  Dear Edith
I am new to the Real Estate world, I have my license for about 2 year, currently I have 10 active listings and I am considering moving to another office that it will be closer to where I live. What will be the best way to bring my listings with me, are there any legal procedures that I must follow?
Please advise.
Thank you in advance.

Take a good look at those listing contracts.  In most cases, you'll find that they were made with your brokerage, not with you, and you don't have the right to take them with you when you leave the office.  You should have a written agreement with your company, and perhaps it sets out what would happen with future commissions on those properties after you left.
