What are some tips in order to choose the most appropriate biding offer?
Should we offer our highest? Or start at above ?Or below the offering price?
For example a 1400 sq foot home for 114,000? On the market for a week and already has a couple offers. |

If I were you I'd make my first offer pretty close to the most I'd be wlling to pay. Sounds as if the place is priced at a bargain. You should probably offer more than the listing price if you really want the place. |
