Advertising Costs |

When I have been interviewing realtors to sell a house, they all harp on the cost of advertising the property. I understand there is significant cost depending on where they advertise but am curious what it costs a realtor to list a property on the MLS.

Each Multiple Listing System will have its own rules and I can't tell what applies in your area. Often there's an annual membership fee rather than a separate charge for each listing. I believe that what those agents are talking about involves additional advertising costs -- advertising is the broker's largest expense, more than office costs for example. |
