Adding Wife's Name |

I am under contract to purchase a house next week. Only my name is on the offer and contract, however I am very recently married and would like to add my wife's name to the deed and loan. My loan officer has taken care of having her on the loan, how do I get her added as a buyer in my contract? We are buying a HUD forclosure, does that change the rules?

Contact the person handling the closing and explain that both of you are to be named in the deed. |
