How do I add a name to the Deed of Trust? My mom died, dad is 89 and we need to add an additional name to his house to protect him. What do we do? |

I don't think you really mean adding a name to the deed of trust, and I don't think you really know how adding a co-owner will protect your Dad. It sounds as if you could use a session with a lawyer who specializes in estate planning, to explain what your goal is and find out the best way to accomplish it. |
