Active Listing
  I saw a home that I would love to own myself, but I saw on the Coldwell Banker website that the status was Sale Pending. Now I see that the status has changed to Active. Does this mean the Sale Pending has fallen through and the property is available again? Thanks for your time!
 
  Yes, the other buyer didn't go through with the purchase, couldn't get financing, whatever.  The place is back on the market.
