Edith , I had a very difficult time with a buyer ... in short she did not close ... lost her D.P. and it's over. How can I protect myself from another CASH
buyer ? Can I ask for documentation in a general way that will let me know that he/she has the CASH? My realtor says she can't see that will make a difference .... I say she didn't do her do diligence by believing the buyer had to cash ... we still do not know ... what's your opinion ? Thanks in advance , Brian |

I wouldn't accept a purchase offer wihtout some assurance that the buyer is not only ready and willing, but also able. Your agent would be quite within her rights to ask for documentary proof -- credit report, etc. |
