I have a exclusive contract wit a broker to sell my property. The contract would expire soon and I am wondering if we have not sold it by then , do I have to pay the broker after the contract is up and if I sell it to one of the clients I got through him? |

Read the listing contract you signed. Typically it states a period of time in which you'd owe a commission if you sold to someone who first viewed the interior while it was listed. Otherwise, better consult your own real estate lawyer before doing anything. |
